Returns: - Normal: Return within 7 days for a refund or replacement with another product from the same category, subject to availability. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and replacement return shipping is borne by the customer. - Customised: No returns or replacements, except for damage or an issue from us. - Damage: Free replacement or refund within 7 days. Unboxing video required. Note: - As this candle is handmade, slight variations in colour, layering, texture and finish may occur.
