Returns - Bulk Orders: No returns, refunds or replacements are accepted for bulk orders, whether printed, customised or plain, except in cases of damage or an issue caused by us. - Damage or Issues: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or has an issue from our side. A replacement or refund will be provided, as applicable, after verification. A continuous unboxing video is required. Note: - Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, screen settings, the nature of the fabric, ink and dye characteristics, printing process, and small-batch production. - Bulk pricing, customisation charges and minimum order quantities, if applicable, will be confirmed before order finalisation
