Returns: - Normal: Return within 7 days for a refund or replacement with another product from the same category, subject to availability. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and replacement return shipping is borne by the customer. - Customised: No returns or replacements, except for damage or an issue from us. - Damage: Free replacement or refund within 7 days. Unboxing video required. Note: - As each photo frame is individually assembled, slight variations in colour, finish, and detailing may occur.

Photo and message customisation are available. Share your preferred photo and required size, and we’ll confirm the available options before production. Size and finish remain as shown. You can mention that you have a reference photo in the personalise details box below the price. You can then uplaod te design above, send it to us on WhatsApp with your order ID, or share it when we contact you with your order summary. 2 photo slots have been given for the multi-window design; for additional slots, please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
Delivery & returns+
- Made to order, and personalised pieces go into production once you approve the mockup.
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as it ships.
