Shipping charges are non-refundable, and replacement return shipping is borne by the customer. - Customised: No returns or replacements, except for damage or an issue from us. - Damage: Free replacement or refund within 7 days. Unboxing video required. Note: - As this is made in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and detailing may occur.
